Welcome to ACSTC Argonaut

Argonaut is the only Army Cadet Summer Training Center in Atlantic Region and is located at Camp Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick. It is a facility which operates each summer to support or enhance cadet corps training by providing trained NCOs and Warrant Officers. In full operation, the training center houses approximately 1200 cadets from NB, PEI, NS, and NL as well as exchanges from QC and the UK and has operated at its present location since 1972. We welcome you to our site and hope you enjoy your visit.

Until Next Year, Bye Bye Argonaut

Today, the cadets waited patiently as the final minutes came around the corner and final parade started. This parade was the final one for Argonaut Army Cadet Summer Training Centr marching final parade e 2010, and it was surely a good one! The cadets marched proudly in front of the whole camp including, friends, family, and loved ones. The cadets found the parade a sad one at that, because for some it’s their last parade at Argonaut this year, but they knew they would have many more next year, and the years to come. See you next summer!

Wrapping Up for Another Year; See You Next Summer

As the last couple of days at Argonaut Army Cadet Summer Mardi Gras Training Centre begins to wrap up, the cadets are busy getting ready for final parade. The camp seems busier and busier each and every day of the summer weeks. The summer was certainly one for the books, the cadets had the time of their lives, as they met new friends, explored new adventures, challenged their fears, and most of all had fun. The summer started out with the staff cadets arriving and getting the camp ready for the cadets. The staff and officers are proud to be here this year to witness amazing group of cadets walk through the front gates of Argonaut.
